Eleotin contains 30 or 60 capsules in each bottle (depending on order size)

The recommended daily dosage is:
1 capsule of the morning formula at breakfast time.

Why do nutrients have disclaimer labels?
Why do the labels on vitamins, minerals and herbs say that they are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease? As for Diabetic Patients:

There were many of us, whose Blood Glucose Levels are around the border line, and, whose Blood Glucose Levels fluctuate between 100-150, (5-7.5 roughly) occasionally.
