*Products must be unopened in original packaging and not damaged. Product must be received in our office within the 60-days of the original order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be made in the manner of the payment used during ordering. Example: You ordered online using a Visa - your Visa card would get credited with the refund whereas if you sent us a check for payment, we would issue a refund by check, ect. We cannot issue refunds for opened or damaged products or products received after the 60-day period. 

SHIPPING:
All orders in the U.S are shipped via Priority Mail and Delivery Confirmation. In a few instances where an order is considered "unconfirmed" by our payment processor (PayPal), we will occasionally ship via Signature Confirmation to ensure proper delivery. Both methods of shipment offer tracking solutions so we always know where our orders are going and when they get there. Delivery using this method is generally 2-3 business days from the date of order. Express shipping is available on phone orders at a higher cost. (Generally an extra $15)

All Canadian & International Orders are shipped using Priority International. General delivery, depending on the country, is between 6-10 business days, although 5-7 days is the general rule of thumb. Some countries may hold your order in customs until it clears. To date, Germany is the only country in which Beta Therapy cannot ship to due to customs regulations. Express International is also available on phone orders at an additional cost (Generally an extra $20)
Rarely, we at Beta Therapy get overloaded with unexpected orders (you guys are tricky sometimes)  and some orders are placed on backorder until we receive our supply. In these cases, we ALWAYS notify the customer (usually via email) and let them know their order will be a day or two later than expected.
